Dear Raphael
You would need to enter your already preprocessed rs-fMRI data (e.g. functional and anatomical files, and additional files if the data still needs to be denoised), and then continue through the denoising and first-level analysis steps normally (sorry but CONN cannot compute connectivity values directly from those csv files if I am underestanding correctly)

Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you very much for your precious time! I'm new to CONN toolbox. Here I've got the already preprocessed rs-fMRI data. I only have the temporal variance under Gordon333 atlas. Would it be possible to import the csv file into CONN, then using CONN for calculate the connectivity and further analysis? Or it need to calculate the matrix first, then doing sone transformation, then import the transformed data into CONN?
Looking forward to your reply! Thank you very much again!
