Functional connectivity first level realignment covariates mismatch

Hello,

I'm currently trying to run a functional connectivity (FC) analysis on a cognitive-motor dual-task paradigm.  We have two time points, and I'm trying to assess FC changes between these.  As its a functional task and an fMRI set up, we actually have two scans for each time point, which are essentially the exact same.

When I try to enter the rp_ file for each, I get an error that says, "mismatched number of foles (2 files; 1 sessions*subjects), however, when I try to move forward and click "Done" to begin pre-processing, I get the below errors.  This seems to me that it's having issues with the two runs.  For the timing, I've tried to include the functional task timing for just the dual-tasking portion of each run, with its onset as [40; 88] and the duration of 8.  Any help at all with this would be greatly appreciated, as I'm familiar with SPM but not as much CONN.  Thanks!

ERROR: Subject 1 Session 1 first-level covariate realignment mismatched dimensions (142 rows, while functional data has 2 scans; the number of rows of a first-level covariate should equal the number of scans for this subject/session)

ERROR: Subject 1 Session 1 condition task contains onset times beyond the end of the scanning session
ERROR: Subject 1 Session 1 condition Rest contains onset times beyond the end of the scanning session
