Between-network graph theory

Hi all,

I would like to calculate between-network (e.g., between DMN and SAL) graph theory metrics to examine if there are changes after an intervention, but I am currently struggeling in finding the best way to do so. I have two ideas so far:

1.) Calculate graph theory metrics for ROIs for each network (one analysis with ROIs of DMN, one analysis with ROIs of SAL), export these metrics, average these metrics for each network to get one metric for the SAL and one for the DMN and compute regression or correlation analyses with these averaged metrics outside of CONN. BUT I need ROIs of the same size for this option, right? Otherwisse, a bigger ROI region has more impact on the average then a smaller one?

2.) Insert all ROIs of both networks (DMN and SAL) into one graph theory analysis and report the in the GUI displayed results. BUT I wonder what the individual values for each node (which are in one of the files you get after using the export option) represent then?

Thank you so much for you help in advance!

Many thanks and best,

Max
