Hi,

I'm analysing a dataset (below) but am not getting all of the outputs I need when I get to second level analysis:

24 participants, 2 visits each, within and between subject measures:

Placebo - placebo at visit 2

Group1 - dose 1 at visit 2

Group2 - dose 2 at visit 2

Group3 - dose 3 at visit 2

• all had nothing at visit 1 (baseline scans).

I've tried setting conditions and visit 1 and visit 2 for each participant, then setting up the four groups in the second level covariates (placebo, group 1, group 2, and group 3), but keep getting error messages at group analysis that "no conditions set".

The analysis we want are: seed based (hippocampus), global connectivity (atlas regions), ALFF, and fALFF, plus graph theory analysis. 

I'd be really grateful for any help with this!
