Hello,

I am using a 32GB RAM i9 system for using CONN. I have tried performing 38 images, and the preprocessing was completed. Now, When I am using 266 images (I have performed the default preprocessing pipeline in the batches of 15 images), the denoising is performed in the batches of 20 images. 

I have observed that sub116 to 138 belong to a particular site and are generating errors in the denoising step; when I performed from sub139 to 160, the denoising was successfully completed. I have performed the preprocessing again and then denoising, but I have the same error. 

Any suggestions, please? If anyone else has faced the same issue.
