Please provide more details about the error message (e.g. copy/paste the entire error message in the log) providing as much context as possible about what may be different about that dataset to help me figure out what may be the problem.

I am using a 32GB RAM i9 system for using CONN. I have tried performing 38 images, and the preprocessing was completed. Now, When I am using 266 images (I have performed the default preprocessing pipeline in the batches of 15 images), the denoising is performed in the batches of 20 images. 

I have observed that sub116 to 138 belong to a particular site and are generating errors in the denoising step; when I performed from sub139 to 160, the denoising was successfully completed. I have performed the preprocessing again and then denoising, but I have the same error. 

Any suggestions, please? If anyone else has faced the same issue.
