Hi Alfonso,
I am still stuck at the same problem, and I was wondering if you, or anyone else, has a solution for it:
I am conducting a gPPI analysis with two groups and two
sessions. Each session contains 8 conditions, and I have one
SPM-compatible conditions.mat file in each subject's/session's
folder. However, when I load the conditions via the Conditions
Tool, they are not separated by session, which is essential for
testing the intervention effect.
Ultimately, I need to create 16 conditions (8 conditions × 2
sessions). Is there a way to load these conditions separately for
each session, either through the GUI or using a batch script? I
have already completed the preprocessing step.
I would be very grateful for any tips or suggestions on how to
resolve this issue.
Thank you in advance for your help!
