Covariate realignment mismatched dimension problem - after adding ROI
After running a new model in an existing project analysis file, I extracted the results as an ROI and then added this ROI back into the CONN processing pipeline with the command to ignore existing ROIs (to save processing time).  I keep on running into this brick wall error, despite re-running the whole pre-processing pipeline on the 'original data,' which truncated into this error again.  The error iteratively cycles through the majority of the subjects' data from what I can tell.  Same matrix dimension change error.

Any thoughts on a fix, other than just creating a brand new project file?

Thanks & Warm Regards - Vive la Science!

Jeff
