Hi Jeff,
It seems the "realignment" covariate (at least for some subject) contains 253 timepoints while the functional data contains 255 timepoints. This can happen, for example, if your preprocessing pipeline includes the removal of two initial scans/timepoints, and after preprocessing the data (which would result in both functional and realignment covariates having now 253 timepoints) one would manually revert the functional data to its original state (still with 255 timepoints). Could you please check the filenames and dimensionality of the functional data for one subject (you can do this in the Setup.functionals tab by hovering overt the functional data image and reading the information above that) as well as of the realignment first-level covariate for the same subject (in the Setup.Covariates (1st-level) tab clicking on the realignment covariate and hovering over the plots) to see if that helps us figure out how to best fix this issue?
Best (and "vive la science" indeed, these are difficult times for research)

After running a new model in an existing project analysis file, I extracted the results as an ROI and then added this ROI back into the CONN processing pipeline with the command to ignore existing ROIs (to save processing time). I keep on running into this brick wall error, despite re-running the whole pre-processing pipeline on the 'original data,' which truncated into this error again. The error iteratively cycles through the majority of the subjects' data from what I can tell. Same matrix dimension change error.
Any thoughts on a fix, other than just creating a brand new project file?
