am learning image processing by using SPM8 as prescribed in VBM manual.
I Have ADHD data set (n=48), consists of developing control
n=23(group-A) and ADHD (including subgroups) n=25 (group-B). After
preprocessing, I have done 2 sample T test as prescribed in VBM manual. I
defined t contrat 1 -1 for groupA > group-B. I got blank imgages.
Then i defined t-contrst -1 1 for groupB > GroupA. First i did this
statistics test by considering age as coveriate and then without age. I
Found differences in the gray matter regions for both.(please see the
attached files). Which one i should consider, Whether with age or
without age?

would like to know how to proceed further. Which p-valuve i should
consider? cluster level p-valuve or peak level p-valuve? And what is the
difference between this two p-valuves?

How to create
rendered image which should depict the gray matter volume
changes?
How to get images
with colour bar which indicates t valuves?
My questions may be
very basic and it will be very helpful for me if any one give their
openion and sugession.
