Thank you very much for your reply. I am
following SPM manual, Auditory data examples as you mentioned in the erliar
mail. On that for normalization step; 

Highlight \Data", select New \Subject",

Highlight \Parameter
File" and select the sM00223 0020 seg sn.mat

Highlight images to write
and select all of the realigned functional images rfM000*.img.

Since I used VBM8 method (by Christian G as well as John Asburner),
I didn't get any parameter file as mentioned in SPM manual (*.seg sn.mat). But I
got image_seg8.mat for all the subjects, is this same as *.seg sn.mat? or I have to do segment again
according to SPM manual?

And it is asking to select all functional images to write. Since I am using
sMRI, should i select all sMRI?
