I have gone through the spm manual and i learned image rendering. Thank you

If you don't mind i would like to ask few doubts in my result. Please see
the attached file.
 
1. Yes i am using VBM8 toolbox of Christian G. In my result since peak-level
p values shows significant (p<0.001), that means that particular region
shows more gray matter volume. Am I correct?
 
2. I have used only segmented gray matter for 2 sample-T-test. I found out
the ROI by using Talairach Client which i have attached with this mail. I am
wondering why it shows changes in the white matter?
 
3. Some coordinates are out the region. (Do not show any region in Talairach
Client).
 
And I got only abstract of the article which you have mentioned
(http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.neuroimage.2...). If you send full article,
if possible, it will be very helpful for me.
