RE: Hemodynamic delay
Hi Lee

The hemodynamic delay in the conn toolbox is fixed to that resulting from the standard SPM hemodynamic response function (see help spm_hrf for details). If you want to use non-standard parameter values perhaps you could try simply editing line 202 in conn_process.m to something like 'hrf=spm_hrf(rt,p);' where p is a vector characterizing the modeled response function.

Hope this helps
Alfonso

I was wondering how to set a hemodynamic delay. I
could't find how to change it anywhere.

Is there possible way to change hemodynamic delay
in conn? or is it fixed?

Thank you in advance.
