I am trying to use data from a 3T Siemens with CATNAP and am not having much luck. The scheduler tells me that it is "Not Ready" even after having entered the necessary information. I am new to JUST, but this sounds like it doesn't like the input that I am giving it.

I have used the single module CATNAP (v 1.3 beta) and passed it the 109 3D volumes (converted by "4D volumes to 3D volumes", .nii.gz) along with two files listing the bvecs and bvals (each file contains the information in rows, though I have also tried columns).

any ideas?
