We are well-tested against MIPAV 5.4. We plan an August 2013 blitz
to retest and fix everything for MIPAV 7.01+. Note that MIPAV 6
will not work with JIST. There were some structural changes in the
core of MIPAV that had to be unwound before we could update JIST.
