Hi all

I'd love some help working out a problem I'm having with preprocessing in Conn.

I'm running a standard analysis with 35 patients, though I am using more ROIs than I have before (~250 ROIs @ 5mm radius). The setup stage has worked fine, but when I press 'Done' in the preprocessing stage, Conn performs the first two steps and then stops without actually performing any of the preprocessing steps. The weird thing is that Conn doesn't spit out an error message, it just saves the file and then waits for more input.

Any ideas what might be going wrong?
