Problem with preprocessing
Hi Mac,
I had the same problem when parallelizing CONN computations for multiple groups of subjects on my local CPUs. I think this is a RAM issue. Try to add your ROIs progressively and rerun CONN on the same existing project. If your are using the batch, you have to set batch.Setup.overwrite, batch.Preprocessing.overwrite and batch.Analysis.overwrite to 'No' so that the data extraction and the analyses are performed only for the new ROIs.
