Connectome MVPA and mixed contrast
Hi again!
I have some questions regarding Connectome MVPA:
1) Is it possible to apply the following contrasts, that you suggested in my previous Mixed ANOVA post, to investigate the interaction of group x session in a 3 x 3 design?
[1 -1 0; 0 1 -1] for subjects effects (3 groups) and [1 -1 0; 0 1 -1] for conditions (3 sessions)
2) What the different MVPAs 1,2,3,4 refer to? What's their meaning?
3) Is it already possibile to reference this method?
