is it possible to apply the same multiple regression contrasts used in the seed-to-voxel analysis in the voxel-to-voxel ICC analysis?
In particular, I would like to look at the correlation between performance and connectivity variation (between two time points) in a given group from a given seed, and I would use the following contrast for a seed-to-voxel analysis:
[0,1] [1 -1].  Now, is it possible to apply the same contrast to and ICC-based voxel-wise analysis, since those are z-scores?
