Here is the dropbox link where you can find 2 of our scans (T1 + FLAIR). For the first one (S1) the toolbox works fine, while for the second one (S2) the probability maps include a huge region of relatively low p (<0.6). We are still trying to understand what these results mean, so your feedback on it is very important.
