Is there a way to examine negative connectivity using the seed-to-voxel second-level approach in Conn?

Also, if I want to use SPM8 for my second-level analyses using a flexible factorial model (for repeated measures analysis), how would I examine negative connectivity? I know that I can enter the first-level connectivity maps from Conn into SPM, but I'm curious about how to examine changes in negative connectivity specifically.

Lastly, if I ran bivariate correlations, do my 2nd level beta values represent fisher-transformed z-values?
