RE: 2nd-level analysis
Hi Ben,

Yes, you may use the "Import values" buttons (for both ROI-to-ROI and seed-to-voxel analyses) to import those connectivity values for each subject/condition (and for each selected seed/target ROI pair for ROI-to-ROI analyses, or for each cluster for seed-to-voxel analyses) as new second-level covariates into CONN which you can then copy/paste into your program of choice. If you want to export many of those simultaneously you can also easily export those values directly to a .txt file for seed-to-voxel analyses using the approach described here https://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?... , and for ROI-to-ROI analyses by directly accessing the file resultsROI_Condition*.mat in conn/results/firstlevel which wil contain the entire ROI-to-ROI correlation matrix for each subject.

Hope this helps
Alfonso

Thanks much, Alfonso, for the detailed explanations. I really appreciate it.

After each second level analysis (e.g., Seed to voxels [whole brain]; or ROI to ROIs), I can export the summary data in the tables. Is there also a simple way to list/export the values for each subject based on a peak voxel or a sphere (for the Seed to voxel analysis), or the ROI connectivity values for each subject? I need these values for analyses outside the conn.

Thanks for your help.

Ben
