RE: 2nd-level analysis
Hi, Alfonso,
I still have a few questions regarding data extraction.
1. After I imported values in the ROI-to-ROI analyses, I can view the values using Calculator in "Tools," but I don't seem to be able to export the values. I couldn't see how I may export the values (in the Outcome variables) to a text file.
2. Using the See-to-voxel analysis with an interaction contrast (Group[2] x Condition[2]), I got two significant clusters. With the "Display values" function, I exported the values to a .txt file. But, I'm not sure what those values are. Are they the differences values for each of the two Conditions between Groups for each subject? Are they the mean or the eigenvariate of the entire cluster? It seems that it doesn't matter which options (Cluster-level, Peak-level, etc, or "Minimum distance" and "Maximum peaks per cluster," or "Extract mean" or "Extract eigenvariate" etc.), it always output the same values. (There are not vary small clusters.)
3. Is there a way to export values from a peak(s) of a cluster or from a sub-region within a cluster?
4. With the See-to-voxel analysis, is it valid to use a cluster-level corrected threshold (e.g., p , 0.05) with an uncorrected height threshold (e.g., p , 0.01)?
Thank you very much for your help.
Ben
