RE: ROI problem (csf)
Sorry about that, yes, the Setup.cwthreshold settings apply to both CSF and White matter ROIs. If I am understanding correctly you would like to skip erosion on the CSF ROI but not on the White matter ROI, is this correct? If so I will send you a small patch that will allow you to extend the cwthreshold settings so that you can enter different thresholding options for the two ROIs in a bit.

Best

when i use this command conn_batch('Setup.cwthreshold',[0 0]); it s applied to both wm and csf right? if i want to apply just to csf, will this work properly : conn_batch('Setup.cthreshold',[0 0]);
or
conn_batch('Setup.cthreshold',[0]);

thanks in advance
