I'll start by thanking you for this excellent pack of tools.

One question that concerns speeding up the analysis:
Assuming that what takes most time in the Importing ROI data part is GM, WM, CSF and their components, is there a way to cache those for a certain set of subjects on the first analysis and then when adding new functional seeds (sources), the processing pipeline will only extract the new ROI data?
