RE: ROI data caching
Hi Sami and Jalmar,

Jamar is exactly right, just for completeness the same "Do not overwrite" option is also available in the GUI (when you clik on the 'Done' button in the Setup tab, selecting the "Do not overwrite" option in the corresonding drop-down menu will only process any new subjects and/or new ROIs that you may have entered -i.e. it will not re-extract the CSF/White/Gray timeseries for those subjects for whom that data has already been extracted)

Hope this helps
Alfonso

Hi Sami,

Have you tried using a CONN batch script? Every processing stage in CONN has a 'overwrite' option that can be set in the batch script:

overwrite : 'Yes'/'No' overwrites target files if they exist ['Yes']

Maybe if you set the 'overwrite' field to 'No' it will skip importing the ROI data of seeds for which CONN has already extracted the necessary information and only import the ROI data for newly defined seeds.

Regards,
Jalmar
