Error using cat- ROIs (during denoising step)
Hi All,

I am new to CONN and neuroimaging and have just gotten an error message during the denoising step that I am not sure how to address. It seems as if my ROIs, which I created in Pickatlas using MNI coordinates for the regions I am interested in, have different dimensions in their matrices than the covariates I am using in the denoising step. Has anybody had this problem before? How did you address it?

The message is (there may be a few typos since the font was small and hard to decipher):

Error using cat
Dimensions of matrices being concatenated are not consistent

Error in conn process (line 1275)
datarois(nori)=cal(1.detaroial (nori)y)

Error in conn_process (line 26)

Thanks!
