RE: Error using cat- ROIs (during denoising step)
Hi Leah,
Yes, that definitely looks related. One possible reason for both the cat error as well as the warning would be if, for some reason, some of your sessions have too few scans / acquisitions. Please check the number of scans/acquisitions for those two subjects/sessions (and for other subjects as well) to make sure that you have sufficiently long acquisitions (the dimensions of your data including the number of acquisitions per subject/session is displayed in the Setup.Functionals tab when hovering over the functional images). For the default settings these errors are likely to occurr only if you have less than 16 acquisitions for any given session (I imagine that could happen, for example, if you are trying to include data from partial or failed sessions)
Hope this helps
Alfonso

Hey Alfonso,
Thank you so much for your speedy reply! I did notice an error in Matlab (I was running the analysis while I was out of the lab so I am not sure exactly when the error appeared but I would guess it was before the error using cat).
This error was: Warning overdetermined model (no degrees of freedom for Subject 7 session 2). Please consider reducing the number, dimension of covariate, order or the confounds, or disregarding this subject/session.
I also got the error for Subject 8 session 2. Could this be related to the Error using cat?
Best,
Leah
