Hi all, 

I am not sure if anyone here will know the answer to this, but I figured I would give it a try. I am planning to use Dynamic Causal Modeling with SPM12 on some fMRI resting state data and was wondering if there was a way to input the files from my first and/or second level analysis from CONN into SPM so I don't have to start over again? It seems that SPM requires SPM.mat and VOI time series (mat) files.
