Dynamic connectivity analysis
Hi Alfonso,
I am quite new to dFC analyses using CONN and I was just wondering if there is any tutorial/manual to refer to to proceed with the analysis and to answer a few questions that I have
For instance,
1) During the first level analysis, the interface indicates Number of factors. How would one be able to ascertain how many factors they would need to run their analysis?
2)After obtaining second level analysis results, since most of the literature I've read on the topic of dFC refer to the standard deviation in beta values, how would one be able to obtain these SD values...or would manually calculating the beta values from voxel-to-voxel BETA maps on SPM be the only way?
Thank you,
Aditya
