Thank you for your response. I will move forward with the information you have given me.

I have a question relating to the beta values extracted from the "resultsROI_SubjectXXX_ConditionXXX.mat" files. As I see it, there is the Fisher Z values for each ROI and a "SE" value. Do you, by any chance, have any information of how to extract the beta values from the data provided in the .mat file?
