RE: Dynamic connectivity analysis
Hi Stephen,
Oh...that was actually my post :P. I wasn't too sure if what I had found was in fact beta values.
I have found a way to import the beta values throuhg conn itself. I've just run into another problem, because I do not understand what each dynamic factor is suppose to represent, and how each factor relates to each of my sliding windows. As I have obtained different dynamic factors that all show different types of ROI-to-ROI relations in all sliding windows, my questions are: -
1) How to determine what each factor represents and how does it relate to the sliding windows created through temporal decomposition in SETUP?
2) How do I show the dynamicity of connectivity of a particular circuit or cluster through CONN, using the factors and/or the spatial/temporal components?
Thank you,
Aditya

Hello again Aditya,
Apparently there are also beta values in ROI.mat files, but maybe this file is generated when you try to use REX. You can read this post where they mention that: http://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?thread_id=8146&forum_id=1144
