Waiting for your reply: exporting BOLD denoised timeseries for dynFC
Dear CONN experts,

I´m writing to you once more since my question is still unresolved and I have seen some activity in the forum. I would really appreciate if someone could help me clarify this issue.

Please find below my previous post:

CONN extracts ROI BOLD timeseries after denoising and the results are stored in the Preprocessing folder. I have a design with 2 conditions per subject (pre- and post-) and I´d like to export the denoised BOLD timeseries (145 scans per session) from the output files. However, for each subject, CONN produces the following output files:

ROI_Subject001_Condition000
ROI_Subject001_Condition001
ROI_Subject001_Condition001
In the data structure from ROI_Subject001_Condition000, I have 290 values for each ROI which I presume are the 2 sessions concatenated. This also applies to the data structure from ROI_Subject001_Condition001 and ROI_Subject001_Condition002. The values of the latter for both sessions are equal (though obviously with different condition weights) but differed from those in ROI_Subject001_Condition000. So how do I know which values correspond to the ROI BOLD timeseries after denoising for each subject and session?

Thank you in advance for your time.

Best,
Noelia
