Hi,

I have the same problem. For each subject I am trying to combine two different run into one session (1 run = 350 scans), I am supposed to get 700 scans but only 5 scans appear. I did not get any issue when I merged the two sessions though (i.e. no error message).

Any help would be appreciated.
