Hello. conn users.

I'm doing ROI to ROI analysis using conn. 
I have a question about single subject matrix

I didn't check any box(multiple ROIs, mask with grey matter and regress out covariates) in grey matter in preprocessing, and I set only 27 ROIs as sources in first level analysis. 

However, I got 27 x 28 matrix when i received the single subject file in conn_*/results/firstlevel/ANALYSIS_01/resultsROI_Subject###_Condition###.mat following FAQ 14

Is there any possibility to interrupt the semipartial correlation result if grey matter included as target? or can I ignore the 28th column?
