Dear Jian,
Sorry for the late reply. The LUT file looks perfectly fine and CONN seems to be able to parse that file info without a problem when I test it. My guess is that for some subject the copy of that same file could perhaps be corrupted, if you could please try again with the latest CONN release that will give you a more informative message saying specifically in what subject CONN is not being able to correctly parse that file info.
