RE: subject's specific ROIs from freesurfer
Hello!
I just wanted to follow up from my last question...
I was able to successfully enter each subject's freesurfer parcellation (aparc+aseg.mgz file) into CONN's ROI step. My questions now are:
1) Which structurals/functionals should I use? The raw ones? (surface-)Preprocessed ones?
2) Since I am interested in the aparc+aseg Desikan Killiany atlas (which is segmented into 84 regions), will CONN automatically produce an 84 x 84 matrix for each subject corresponding to these regions, or do I need to indicate this somewhere in a separate text file?
Thank you!
Kaitlin
