MRtrix Version 0.2.7 released Posted By: J-Donald Tournier - Aug 26, 2009Tool/Resource: MRtrix This release fixes a potentially problematic bug that caused incorrect scaling of the FA values. The FA values produced by previous versions of MRtrix were underestimated by approx. 22.5%. Any users that rely on MRtrix to produce FA values are urged to regenerate their FA maps using this new version. Also included are some tools to ease integration with other spatial normalisation packages, as well as a command-line ROI statistics tool. |
