I found two issues. Could you please help to check?

1. If the output terafly format is tiled 2D tiff, sometimes the image cannot be loaded by TeraFly. The warning message is attached.  But if you close and reopen Vaa3D, the image can be loaded by TeraFly again.
2. When using TeraConverter to convert the image to tiled 2D tiff, it has the error in lower resolution conversion.  For instance, if you want to convert an image (size is 4801x3500x210), it will show the error message "Cannot find 2D I/O plugin "tiff3D" or it is not a 2D I/O plugin"  in the resolution 5 (300 x 218 x 13). It happened in Linux Vaa3D GUI, and the standalone teraconverter executable file on both Linux and window versions.
