Thanks for your response! The reason  we choose 2D tiff as the output is that it is the only working option for teraconverter standalone executable file on window version. There is one error message when Vaa3DRaw is used for output format:

I:\>C:\teraconverter\teraconverter -s=I:\largerOneCellTest\328070246\TUB -d=I:\ddrTest10\tera-fly_files --sfmt="TIFF (series, 2D)" --halve=max --dfmt="graylevel" -f=Vaa3DRaw --resolutions=0

I got this:
ERROR: VirtualVolume::saveImage_from_UINT8_to_Vaa3DRaw: error in saving slice 39 (7617 x 7596) in file I:\ddrTest10\tera-fly_files/RES(7617x7596x300)/000000/000000_000000/000000_000000_000000.raw (writeSlice2RawFile: Unrecognized file format)

But for Linux version, we do not have such issue.
