We found an issue in TeraConverter executable file (v3.0.0). Using command line, if choose "-f="TIFF (tiled, 3D)", it will generate a single 3D tif image in one folder for each resolution. If choose -f="TIFF (tiled, 2D)", it will generate a series of 2D tif images in one folder for each resolution.

But if run TeraConverter from Vaa3D, use "TIFF (tiled, 3D)" or "TIFF (tiled, 2D)" as the output format, it will generate multiple folders for each resolution, which i think it is tiled. The loading speed is much faster when the terafly images are converted using Vaa3D.

Also, this issue exists in the previous TeraConverter executable file (v2.2.1).
"-f=Tiff3D" in v2.2.1 = "-f="TIFF (tiled, 3D)" in v3.0.0
"-f=Tiff2DStck" in v2.2.1 = "-f="TIFF (tiled, 2D)" in v3.0.0
