Thanks for your information. I am trying to using Tiff3D or Vaa3DRaw as the output format, but there are different errors on these formats.

using Tiff3D, there is the error:
TiffAppendToStrip Error: Maximum TIFF file size exceeded.


using Vaa3DRaw, there is the error:
ERROR: VirtualVolume::saveImage_from_UINT8_to_Vaa3DRaw: error in saving slice 39
(7590 x 7578) in file D:\terafly/RES(7590x7578x430)/000000/000000_000000/000000
_000000_000000.raw (writeSlice2RawFile: Unrecognized file format)

By the way, I am using standalone TeraConverter executable file for windows version (v2.2.1) to convert 430 2D tiff image series, the 2D image size is 7578 x 7590 x 1 x 3.
