I've kept the /label/?h.BN_Atlas.annot and /surf/?h.sphere.reg files in the subject-level Freesurfer directories. 

Alternatively I've created a fsaverage version of the /label/?h.BN_Atlas.annot file and uploaded that. However, I'm not sure how to make sure its aligned to the each subject's functional data. Could you direct me on how to make sure the surface ROIs are being extracted from the correct data?
