NeuroStack builds AWS infrastructure to facilitate neuroimaging analysis using AWS cloud computing. It is designed to enable researchers to quickly transition to the cloud, and is ideal for AWS beginners or anyone working with neuroimaging at scale. NeuroStack is built with the NITRC compute environment (NITRC-CE), allowing access to all of the pre-installed software within the NITRC-CE.
