RE: Single subject pre/post treatment analysis
Hi Alfonso,
Thanks! This is very helpful. For the second-level analyses in the situation of repeated measures for both patients and controls (2 sessions each), if I wanted to evaluate the pre vs. post differences with controls at zero, I assume that the "Between-subjects contrast" would be [1 0], and the "Between-conditions contrast" would be [-1 1] or [1 -1]. Is that correct?
Thanks!
Kaitlin
