RE: Single subject pre/post treatment analysis
Dear Johan,

The files p_corr_Subject*_Condition*_Source* and pFDR_corr_* contain the uncorrected and FDR-corrected p-values respectively for each condition and subject, so you could simply use any of those to threshold the correlation maps. For example, if you want to threshold using p-FDR<.05 you could use spm_imcalc to do that (e.g. enter there the corr_ and pFDR_corr files as the input images, and then enter the expression "i1.*(i2<.05)")

Hope this helps
Alfonso

Dear Alfonso,

is there a way to adapt this script to display the thresholded results not from the difference of two conditions but rather from just one condition for a single subject? I cannot figure out how to implement the thresholding to p<.05 in this case. Alternatively, are the BETA.../corr... images produced by Conn during first level analyses already thresholded?

Thanks in advance,
Johann Philipp
