Hello,
Thank you for this wonderful script.
Is there a way to create these p values similarly for an ROI to ROI analysis (also single subject pre/post)?
Also, when I run the visualization (of the seed to voxel analysis) I get a strange result (attached), and I also wonder if there is a way to present the visualization with more detail (values, coordinates, labels, etc)
Lastly, my P matrix has too many values to view (91*109*91, I have 20 seed ROIs), is that usual? is there a way to get around this?
