is there a way to adapt this script to display the thresholded results not from the difference of two conditions but rather from just one condition for a single subject? I cannot figure out how to implement the thresholding to p<.05 in this case. Alternatively, are the BETA.../corr... images produced by Conn during first level analyses already thresholded?
