CBICA: Cancer Imaging Phenomics Toolkit (CaPTk)

The Cancer Imaging Phenomics Toolkit (CaPTk) is a comprehensive imaging analytics suite providing algorithms that produce extensive panels of quantitative imaging features. Applications in CaPTk use those imaging features in diagnostic and predictive models to support optimized, personalized treatment planning.

These tools are inspired by clinical needs and refined in the context of active clinical research studies, with the long-term goal of helping biomedical researchers leverage the wealth of information offered by various forms of imaging, leading to better understanding of the biological mechanisms of cancer development.

CaPTk has been developed by groups at the University of Pennsylvania and is distributed by the Center for Biomedical Image Computing and Analytics (CBICA).

The software has been designed for research purposes only and has not been reviewed or approved by the Food and Drug Administration or by any other agency. It is not intended or recommended for clinical applications.
