RE: Graph Theory correlation measures
Hi Alfonso, I had another look at my data using other tools and
there really seems to be a group difference specifically in the
anticorrelations (between PFC and limbic regions), so it would be
great if we could show this using a graph theory approach
(thresholding the graph to contain only the most significant
negative correlations). I think this might be quite relevant for a
lot of group comparisons? Best, Anna
